Reflection 

             this quote means that if you want to succeed in achieving your goal you have to go and get it. Work hard for it .  Its not just going to come for you or wait. Because hard work pays off so whatever you do to to achieve it thats what your going to get in exchange of it . Also if you set your goals ahead of time your not going to be confused you're going to be set and get.
