Trauma Nurse
Duties and requirements
Trauma nursing involves responding quickly to a wide variety of single- and multisystem trauma involving different patient needs, ages, cultures, and severity of presenting symptoms. The trauma nurse must respond with decisiveness and clarity to unexpected events by assessing, intervening, and stabilizing patients about whom there is minimal information.  Action and emergency situations are what trauma nurses live for. Trauma nursing, as a discipline, covers the content and process of all the various roles nurses assume when caring for a trauma patient. The title “trauma nurse” is given to nurses working in emergency wards and other hospital locations dealing with heavy situations. The common tasks of trauma nurses are to handle minor and acute problems, prepare patients for an emergency operation, and assist surgeons during an operation. Landing a job as a trauma nurse is quite similar to the path of most nursing jobs, but a trauma nurse may need to acquire additional education to ensure eligibility for the position. This type of nursing position is extremely demanding, requiring a good deal of dedication and attention to work functionally. In the end, it is a very rewarding position, but only if the nurse can cope with the demands and stress that comes along with the title.

Salary

The average amount of money they get paid is $68,057 annually .

Education
In order to work in the field of a trauma nurse, you must start your venture with basic nursing training. You must also work to become a licensed registered nurse. Registered nurses are required to obtain a diploma, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree. However, if you want to become a trauma nurse, it is required that you earn a bachelor degree.

Even if you earn a bachelor degree (BSN), it is recommended that you become certified as a trauma nurse specialist (TNS), or a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN). This may be accomplished through the Board of Certification in Emergency Nursing. The certifications are awarded after you pass the 16-hour course. While trauma nurse certification is not necessarily required, the ones who possess it certainly have an edge when it comes to the perception of potential employers.

Reflection
No i would not like to be a trauma nurse because i'm not interested in that career

                 Obedience
“When obedience becomes our goal, it’s no longer an irritation; instead of a stumbling block, it becomes a building block”

                  By: James E. Faust

Reflection :
This quote its really Relatable because i have been through that . For example when i was a little girl i would not want to listen to my mother she would make me pick up my toys and always say thank you when i received something. I hated picking up my toys it just made me waste my playing time but in the past years i have realized that being obedient is actually i good thing because if you do you're going to get used to it and it won't bother you doing good you're actually going to feel proud of yourself. Now i really like leaving everything clean and organized.

Some of the test the cardiologist will be responsible for running and knowing how to read accurately include the ECG or EKG, chest X-rays, ultrasound imaging and magnetic resonance imaging. They will also need to know which blood test to order to check for certain types of heart diseases
Salary
It will depend on whether he provides non-invasive procedures or invasive ones but the annual median salary can easily exceed $300,000 for an experienced invasive cardiologist.

Education

Cardiologist must have a bachelor's degree in order to get into medical school. The most logical pre-med bachelor degrees include courses in chemistry, mathematics, engineering or psychology. Then one must gain a passing score on the MCAT (Medical College Admission Test). The four years in medical school covers standard medical terminology, medical judgment and clinical standard procedures. Potential cardiologists who complete the ten years of educational preparation must then pass an exam administered by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Reflection
No i would not like to be a cardiologist because im like scared when i see blood. It scares me and thats what they usually do, they work with the heart and its basically made out of  blood so i would really panic  when i would  see it or even touch it .

“The more obedient we are, the more freedom we have.”

        By: Boyd K. Packer
What this quote is saying is that the more you listen the more freedom you could get. “The Key to Freedom is Obedience”

                             By: Boyd K. Packer

Reflection :
This quote means that if you obey the rule you're going to be free and do whatever you want but if you don't you have to feel like you're in jail and be pressure to do exactly what they tell you or else you get more in trouble so its better to be obedient and the n be free and do whatever you want .

Obedience
Definition:
Obedience is a form of social influence in which a person yields to explicit instructions or orders from an authority figure.

Words that mean the same as Obedience:
1.          Well-behaved
2.          Submissive
3.          Agreeable
4.          Docile
5.          Obedient
Examples of Obedience
-An obedient soldier would follow a command, even if it meant he would probably be killed following it.
-An obedient child would go to bed exactly when his mother/father told him/her to do so, without objecting or arguing.
-An obedient student would be quiet, the moment his/her teacher told him to do so, even if he/she really wanted to continue talking across the classroom.

Twin Towers Part 1
It was on a Tuesday, September 11, 2001 in New York City .The day when 3,000 innocent lives were killed. Many questions not answered and many lives were lost. The day that has left us a sorrowful mark in our hearts. Nineteen men had a massive plan of attack that anyone would have not expected. They had been planned for years. The attackers hijacked the four large passenger aircraft with the intention of crashing them into the major landmarks in the United States. Inflicting as much death and destruction as possible, three planes struck their targets. The fourth crashed into a field in Pennsylvania in a single day this suspenseful acts of massive murder killed nearly 3,000 human beings from 57 countries.
The men that had hijacked the United Airlines Flight 175, with 56 passengers (including the 5 hijackers) and 9 crew members, struck the South Tower of the World Trade Center between floors 77 and 85.Some of the estimated 10,000 gallons of jet fuel aboard erupts in a fiery blast from the side of the South Tower of the World Trade Center after the plane crashed.   Bin Laden, who orchestrated the attacks, initially denied but later admitted involvement. As a video was
Publicly acknowledged al-Qaeda's involvement in the attacks on the U.S. and admitted his direct link to the attacks. He said that the attacks were carried out because, "we are free ... and want to regain freedom for our nation. As you undermine our security we undermine yours." Bin Laden said he had personally directed his followers to attack the World Trade Center. In my opinion the fact that they found out that he was responsible for the attack wasn't going to solve anything either for him paying or him dying wasn't going to compare the 3000 lives that were killed because of his fault.
The idea for the attacks came from Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who first presented it to Osama bin Laden in 1996. At that time, bin Laden and al-Qaeda were in a period of transition, having just relocated back to Afghanistan from Sudan. The 1998 African Embassy bombings and bin Laden's 1998 fatwā marked a turning point, as bin Laden became intent on attacking the United States. In late 1998 or early 1999, bin Laden gave approval for Mohammed to go forward with organizing the plot. A series of meetings occurred in early 1999; involving Mohammed, bin Laden, and his deputy Mohammed   Atef provided operational support for the plot, including target selections and helping arrange travel for the hijackers. Bin Laden overruled Mohammed, rejecting some potential targets such as the U.S. Bank Tower in Los Angeles because, "there was not enough time to prepare for such an operation .Bin Laden initially selected Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar, both experienced jihadists who had fought in Bosnia. Hazmi and Mihdhar arrived in the United States in mid-January 2000. In spring 2000, Hazmi and Mihdhar took flying lessons in San Diego, California, but both spoke little English, did poorly with flying lessons, and eventually served as secondary – or "muscle" – hijackers.]In late 1999, a group of men from Hamburg, Germany, arrived in Afghanistan, including Mohamed Atta, Marwan al-Shehhi, Ziad Jarrah, and Ramzi bin al-Shibh. Bin Laden selected these men because they were educated, could speak English, and had experience living in the West New recruits were routinely screened for special skills and al-Qaeda leaders consequently discovered that Hani Hanjour already had a commercial pilot's license. Hanjour arrived in San Diego on December 8, 2000, joining Hazmi. They soon left for Arizona, where Hanjour took refresher training. Marwan al-Shehhi arrived at the end of May 2000, while Atta arrived on June 3, 2000, and Jarrah arrived on June 27, 2000. Bin al-Shibh applied several times for a visa to the United States, but as a Yemeni, he was rejected out of concerns he would overstay his visa and remain as an illegal immigrant. Bin al-Shibh stayed in Hamburg, providing coordination between Atta and Mohammed. The three Hamburg cell members all took pilot training in South Florida.in spring 2001, the secondary hijackers began arriving in the United States. In July 2001, Atta met with bin al-Shibh in Spain, where they coordinated details of the plot, including final target selection. Bin al-Shibh also passed along bin Laden's wish for the attacks to be carried out as soon as possible

The horrible massive attack has been a very unexpected. For a day that had started normally like any other day it had a very strange ending that had killed many lives. The attack has been planned for years and that had the effect they wanted maybe even better because it killed a lot of people and caused The Twin Towers to explode. Who would believe that a lot of that can happen in a day 24 for hours for The Twin Towers to disappear like if they weren’t even built there. Surprisingly this ending caused many families to lose their family members.

“What you are as a person is far more important than what you are as a basketball player.”
                             By:  John Wooden

This quote means that who you are out of the game is way more important than who you are when you are in the game. You can’t have two personalities. You can’t be one way when you are in the game and can’t be another way when you are out of the game. It won’t work out like that. There person you show off when you are out of that uniform is what people will remember you by so if you are this cruel harsh person then people will look at you that way. So it’s up to you to show them who you really are.

“Your past is not your potential.”

    By:  Marilyn Ferguson

Reflection: This quote is true because in the past if you did something bad it doesn't mean you're going to keep doing that because once you do something bad you might regret it or keep doing it . So your past is not your potential after all.

Anesthesiologist
In general, an anesthesiologist is a medical doctor who cares for a patient before, during and immediately following a surgical or medical procedure by administering appropriate anesthesia and monitoring the patient for reactions and complications, and to ensure comfort and manage pain. An anesthesiologist meets with the patient prior to the procedure to evaluate the patient's condition and review their medical history. The anesthesiologist also explains the process so the patient knows what to expect. During the procedure, the anesthesiologist carefully monitors the patient's vital signs and comfort and makes the appropriate adjustments in anesthesia. Following the procedure, the anesthesiologist continues to monitor the patient's vitals and may be involved in management of pain.
 Salary
They are paid $348,831 yearly so 50% of the people who perform the job of Physician - Anesthesiology in the United Sates are expected to make less than $348,831.
Education
Even before entering college, those interested in a career in anesthesiology need to think about the kinds of classes taken in high school. Classes with a math and science concentration certainly go a long way in preparing a future anesthesiologist for success in college and medical school.
As with other physician specialties, all future anesthesiologists need to attend a four-year undergraduate program and most will enroll in a pre-medicine or another science-concentrated program, though it is not required.

Following graduation, prospective anesthesiologists are required to attend four years of medical school where they generally spend the first two years building on basic sciences and the second two in clinical training

I would like to be an Anesthesiologist because it loos really interesting.

Ambulance Dispatcher
Duties and Responsibilities
Ambulance dispatchers answer phone calls from people in need of urgent or medical help. Dispatchers usually need to try to maintain contact with a caller while using a computerized dispatch system to relay pertinent information to the appropriate agencies. Read on to learn more about educational and other requirements for this career.
Salary
The average yearly salary for an Ambulance Dispatcher is $31,450. If you are just beginning to work as an Ambulance Dispatcher, you could expect a starting pay of $25,900. As is true for most careers, you can expect your pay rate to increase the longer you are employed. You could make an income of around $37,000 after some time.
Education

Regardless of previous training, ambulance dispatchers usually receive on-the-job training on how to respond to incoming emergency and non-emergency telephone calls in their specific work environment and how to use a particular dispatch computer system. Some states also require emergency medical dispatchers who work for either public agencies or private ambulance companies to obtain state licensing. Specific training and testing is usually required, and licensed ambulance dispatchers could have to complete continuing education and maintain a valid CPR certification to renew their license.
No i would not like to be an Ambulance Dispatcher because you have to be multitasking talking to the caller and using the computer to locate them at the same time. Also because in my opinion its stressing .
