This quote means that who you are out of the game is way more important than who you are when you are in the game. You can’t have two personalities. You can’t be one way when you are in the game and can’t be another way when you are out of the game. It won’t work out like that. There person you show off when you are out of that uniform is what people will remember you by so if you are this cruel harsh person then people will look at you that way. So it’s up to you to show them who you really are.
