A Choice: Poverty or Prosperity

I agree with this quote by Thomas S. Monso because it’s true. For example if you do something right, like you didn’t lie to your parents you won’t feel wrong because you did the right thing.

“Enthusiasm makes the difference.”

Dr. Norman Vincent Peale
Reflection:

I definitely agree with this statement because if you don’t have enthusiasm to do something you would simply not do it and feel. But in the other hand if you are enthusiastic and what to do something you would do it and put all your effort in to it and you’re going to do it right and reach your goals.

“It’s not about how to achieve your dreams. It’s about how to lead your life the right way, the karma (destiny, fortune, good luck) will take care of itself. The dreams will come to you.”

                            Dr. Radny Pausch
Reflection

According to my knowledge, this quote is trying to say that if you want to achieve your dreams, to not worry about achieving them but to lead your life the right way to be a CTR person and always choose the right. But then you’re going to realize that dreams follow you, that you won’t need to go after them but the dreams themselves are going to go after you.

Doctors in private practice must also deal with making reports to insurance companies, negotiating for payment from insurance and the day-to-day operations of a small business -- hiring and managing personnel, complying with local licensing requirements and paying utilities. To maintain board certification as an otolaryngologist, the doctor must complete continuing education credits each year.
General Treatment
An otolaryngologist evaluates a patient, taking a history of the patient’s overall health and specific symptoms, and examines the patient for outward signs of an injury or ailment. Otolaryngologists may use specialized equipment, such as a laryngoscope, an instrument that allows the doctor to look deep into the throat at the structure of the larynx. Lillian Grace's story: The case for removing half of a baby's brain

A beautiful girl named Lillian Grace was born   in December of 2011. Little did this little angel know that she was facing a condition called Polymicrogyria. It’s a developmental malformation of the brain marked by an excessive number of small folds in the tissue. It can cause neurological problems, epileptic seizures, developmental delays, vision loss and muscle weakness or paralysis. So at 8 months old, her parents took Lillian to a pediatric neurologist for MRI scans of her head. The parents’ fears were confirmed when they saw the results. Depending on the severity of the condition, it can be treated with medication or surgery, that’s what the doctor told the parents. They had to find out the cause of it. In August 2013, Lillian Grace underwent the 8-hour procedure at the hands of Dr. Daniel Curry, a pediatric neurosurgeon, and his team at Texas Children’s Hospital. Lillian Grace recovered in the neurosurgery and inpatient rehab wings for several weeks following surgery, and each day, seemed to show signs of improvement. From some peripheral vision loss and weakness on the left side of her body, Lillian Grace’s family has seen only improvements since undergoing the radical procedure. What I think about this story is the family is really blessed because there were little chances Lillian was going to survive but it was either surgery or letting her pass away from the several seizures she was having. That baby went through so much but yet is living a normal life thanks to god. In my opinion in cases like this you just have to pray and leave everything to God because he knows what his doing.

“Every time I've done something that doesn't feel right, it has ended up not being right.”

           By: Mario Cuomo
Reflection

I defiantly agree with this quote because if you do something that’s not right of course you’re not going to feel right. At the end it’s not going to be right too. So if you know something doesn’t feel right “why do it” so always follow your instinct. For example when I was five years old I wanted money and my mother wouldn’t want to give me money so I decided to get 4 dollars out of her wallet days passed and I felt bad she asked me but I acted like if I didn’t know. Then I confessed because I didn’t feel right till then I promised myself if it doesn’t feel right to not do it.
